Licensing Principles
These principles govern all partnership discussions and are non-negotiable.
Non-Exclusivity
Zenova will not grant exclusivity to any single partner for a minimum of 5–10 years. All licensing agreements are non-exclusive by default. This protects Zenova's ability to scale distribution across multiple channels simultaneously.
IP Attribution
Zenova's core IP modules retain Zenova attribution in all partner deployments. White-labeling of the Vertical Flow DNA Engines or Sovereign Intelligence Layer is not available. Partner branding may appear in the UI layer only.
Revenue Transparency
Revenue share terms are fixed per channel and disclosed upfront. Zenova does not engage in variable revenue arrangements that depend on partner sales performance. All terms are documented and auditable.
Partner-Safe Positioning
Zenova does not position itself as a replacement for any partner platform. All public messaging is designed to complement, not compete with, the platforms through which Zenova is distributed. This applies to all marketing materials, sales collateral, and public communications.

No CRM on the market — including Salesforce — offers a native, in-platform AR vehicle preview that places a full-scale 3D model on the customer's floor via their phone camera. The Z-Core Spatial Engine is a patent-pending proprietary module that cannot be replicated without licensing from Zenova.
